Please be informed that all Private Lessons will be scheduled at the Client's private residence.

1) The monthly fee covers four lessons and should be paid** during the fourth lesson of every month. There will be no lesson scheduled during the fifth week of the month..** 

 

Eg: 4 Lessons scheduled for February 2023. The fee payable in advance will be on the 4th lesson in January 2023

 

2) A total of four lessons must be completed within two months; otherwise, any remaining lessons will be forfeited.

 

3) In the event of bad weather:
- If notified at least 1 hour before the scheduled lesson, the lesson will be cancelled.
- If the coach has already arrived at the client's location, the lesson will be considered completed.
- If it starts raining within the first 20 minutes of the lesson, the remaining class time will be extended and added to the next lesson.
- However, if it starts raining 20 minutes into the training session, no make-up lesson will be provided.

 

4) In case of being sick or feeling unwell:
- Please inform us at least 2 hours before the scheduled lesson, and the lesson will be rescheduled.
- If the coach has already reached the client's location, the lesson will be considered completed.

 

5) Regarding vacations or going on holiday:
- Please inform us at least 2 weeks in advance of your intended absence, and the lessons will resume once you return from your holiday.
- If no prior notification is given, and the coach has to travel to the client's location but finds no one there, the lesson will be considered completed.

 

6) All group classes will start with a minimum of two participants. Charges will still apply for any absentees, and no make-up sessions will be provided for those who miss the class.

 

7) KTaquaticswimmers.com reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions and will provide suitable prior notice to all clients.

** The fees will be collected before the first four lessons. Subsequent reminders will be sent out on the third lesson.
